Foundations Christian Preschool helps families nurture their child’s growth and develop a life-long
love for learning through imagination, constructive play, and educational Christian programs.

We are now enrolling three and four year olds for the next semester. Five year olds who are not attending
kindergarten are also invited to register. If you have any questions or would like to enroll your child today,
please call the office at (253) 841-4100 or email the preschool administrator, Autumn Cleveland, through the contact form below.

READING
3 year olds: Our reading program is phonics-based. The students are taught all of the letters of the alphabet and the phonetic sounds that those letters represent. 4 & 5 year olds: Besides learning the letters and phonetic sounds, we also teach the students how to read short words and sentences. We begin reading groups in the spring.

WRITING
Each week a different letter will be featured. Writing is structured for students to learn how to write their name, hold a pencil properly, recognize lower case and capital letters, and focus on basic penmanship. 3 year olds:  Concentrate in simple letter recognition and tracing. 4 & 5 year olds: Further concentration in tracing and writing independently with proper formation.
